Report an issue
Contact LAABIZY as soon as you can after delivery if your item is damaged, incorrect or missing, or if you have another concern. Include your order number, a description of the issue and, where helpful, clear photos of the item and packaging.
Before sending anything back
Please wait for us to review your request and provide return instructions. Do not send a parcel to an address without first confirming the return arrangements with us. Keep the item and packaging while we review your case.
Review and resolution
We will assess the circumstances and explain the available next steps, which may include a replacement, exchange or refund where applicable. Any return shipping arrangement will be confirmed with you during this review. Your rights under applicable consumer law remain unaffected.
