Delivery charges are calculated from the destination you select at checkout, so you can review the full total before placing an order.
Where we deliver
Our checkout supports delivery in Malaysia, including Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah, Sarawak and Labuan. Availability for a destination is checked at checkout; if a zone is temporarily unavailable, you will not be able to place an order for it.
Delivery charges
Enter your state during checkout to see its current delivery fee and the total before you submit. Fees can vary by destination and may change for future orders. Your submitted order records the fee shown at checkout.
Processing and tracking
Orders are reviewed before fulfilment. Once a parcel is handed to a courier, we can provide courier and tracking details when available. Delivery times depend on order processing, the destination and courier conditions; we do not guarantee a fixed arrival date.
Cash on Delivery
Payment is collected when your parcel arrives. Please provide a complete address and reachable phone number so delivery can be arranged. If an address or delivery detail needs correction, contact us as soon as possible with your order number.
